Best facial treatments in your late 20’s?!

I want to start looking after myself after having my children. I’m late 20’s.

I’m going to start having facials. Can anyone recommend the best type of facial to have of any other skin treatments?

Ideally, I’d have Microneedling but I have a history of psorasis so I’m worried it may trigger it.

I’ve also looked at Hydrofacials but the ‘genuine’ ones and the ‘knock off’ ones have such a price difference and I don’t know which one is worth it? Also mild peels, maybe?

I’m likely to start injectables like Botox, PRP, skin boosters in the future but I want to get my actual skin the best it can be before I do!

Any advice very much welcome!

I started using a non foaming cleanser balm (la Roche posay), anua azelaic acid, vit c (in mornings only), Estée Lauder serum (at night) and a beauty by Jonseon moisturiser. Honestly my skin has never looked and felt better!! I love a hydra facial too.
