Botox/filler ladies PLEase help (pic inside)

What the frigging hell can/should I do about this around my mouth?

I particularly mean the downturned corners (which look darker) and like I’m permanently sad or pissed off.

Do those lines get filled and fix it? Is it Botox instead?

Botox. But be extremely picky about who you see. Pay for a doctor / dentist / nurse practitioner who is well versed in aesthetics. You get what you pay for.

You look lovely - see an expert though. Botox for the lower face works wonders but you need an expert - otherwise filler may be a better option. A
very small amount though x

Cheek filler to raise everything and then a bit of filler in the nano-labial and marionette lines to eradicate completely, if necessary. Go to a good practitioner who will only do what’s necessary for a natural result.

I have 2 little drops of Botox just under my lip corners. Works wonders.

Filler would help .
