Future Renew Serum

Anyone use this? I’ve seen an advert where the results look amazing. Reviews on Boots website are good but I don’t know how trustworthy these are! Is it worth the price?

By the way before anyone recommends retinol/retinal/tret, I can’t get on with them. Have tried them all, my face peels for months. I’ve tried the sandwich method and the lowest percentage and I use factor 50 and it’s still a constant disaster.

I use all the Future Renew products and like them- I’m mid 40s. I’ve used more expensive products in the past but I think the Future Renew is very good and it suits my sensitive skin. Definitely worth a try in my opinion.

I’ve just bought it because I tried some on my hand and it felt amazing!

I’ve used the day serum for few years, occasionally switch to another brand but always go back to it and think that it’s great. I also used the night serum until I moved onto skin+me night serum.

What's the active ingredient if not retinol?

LaMarschallin · 03/07/2026 21:30

I use the daytime serum and use retinol at night.
My skin definitely feels and looks better with them but started both at the same time so don't know if it's just the retinol.

I don’t know about future renew but I use the Estée Lauder advanced night repair as well as retinol and I like it.

Whenever I’ve used serum on my face in daytime my face goes into an oil slick.

Ah. Perhaps it's not for you then.
I've got combination skin but the Boots serum just makes my skin feel smooth and moisturised rather than oily.
