Lions Mane - Mushroom Powder

Has anyone tried this stuff and what has been your verdict?

I recently tried a friends sixways Focus and Elevate mango flavour and I actually think only something after just one drink.

id say it did make my tummy feel odd. Not upset but just that I’d consumed something different.

but in terms of focus I felt more alert and switched on and attention span was longer. I don’t know if it was placebo so have tried it again since and the same thing happened. I wouldn’t say it gives you high, but it made me feel uplifted, no idea if it’s supposed to do that.

would be really interested to hear others response to this kind of thing?

I haven't tried but but could be interested.

I was feeling a bit off at work the other week and mentioned it to my colleague. I couldn't put my finger on what was wrong. He said he felt the same but that was because he hadn't had his Lions Mane that morning. I asked him about it and he said it help calm him and keeps his brain focused on what needs doing rather than his brain taking a scatter a scatter gun approach to tasks.

I have just started using it. Yes I think it does help with focus and concentration.

i’m not convinced about it helping with focus in healthy adults:
