Vinted gone MIA

Can someone advise please? I bought a so called vgc top but it has stains on it. I don't want to return at my expense so I started a dispute but have heard nothing from Vinted for about 4 days now. I did the I have an issue and sent pics to Vinted. I just got an automated response saying they are delayed but will get back to me.
I'm concerned that they will release the money to the seller.

If you open a dispute about the item, Vinted should suspend the sale…. Have they not done this?

They won’t release the funds if the sale has been suspended, as above. It could take days, if not weeks to get this resolved though. I take it the seller has also gone quiet?

Unless it was lots of money, I’d cut my losses and return, tbh, as I don’t have the bandwidth for fights on Vinted. It is a bit rough having to pay for returns but they are the terms, and Vinted does tend to favour the seller unfortunately.

It doesn't say that it's been suspended. It just says that I have an option to return or keep the order.
I did the dispute on the same day that I got the item.
I sent Vinted the pics and they sent an automated response saying they are busier than usual and will get back to me.
If they release the funds, I will write a very negative review of the seller. Should I tell her that?
