Help! Sun burn on head

SaskiaWatkins · 29/06/2026 16:19

Went out earlier and it was cloudy. Forecast said cloudy all day. Had my beauty of joseon factor 50 on but forgot my hat. Sun came out very intensely for about two hours and now my forehead is bright red and has lots of bumps from heat rash. My skin gets badly affected by the sun, the lumps, I know, will last for ages. What’s the best thing? Something cool and a layer of sudocrem? I don’t have any access to aloe Vera and no shop where I live will sell it, not really the village shops sort of stock. Anything else that will reduce the issue? I already have deep forehead wrinkles, this will
not help!

Yes Greek is good for it.

I put some on earlier,’it was so cooking! Then lots of moisturiser and a little Audi cream for the spots.
