Eve curls

I’m seeing this advertised everywhere right now. Has anyone tried it? I’m embracing my waves at the moment (well trying to as the humidity means straightening my hair is a ridiculous waste of time)
If it’s crap any products for waves to get rid of frizz much appreciated

I swear by Lush Curl Power and Umberto Giannini mousse. Not tried Eve Curls…sorry.
i also use Lush Powet conditioner.

It was clearly past my bedtime…

That was supposed to be Lush Power conditioner.

Thanks I’ll have a look at those.

Cannot believe the amount of adverts for Eve Curls though, it’s mad they are continuously on my feed.

we need someone to have tried them

It's because you've clicked on them previously

igivein · 28/06/2026 11:27

I haven’t tried eve curls ( hadn’t heard of it, no doubt now I’ve typed the words they’ll start stalking me!)
I’ve tried various expensive things such as Merwave that did not a lot.
After a recommendation on here I got some Cantu (the Shea butter one) shampoo and conditioner. It was cheap as chips and after about 3 weeks my hair is noticeably better - waves tamer, much less frizz.

Lol I know this it’s the amount of famous people who are advertising must mean they have a huge budget right now!!

I've not used it but their seemingly AI generated adverts are full of inaccurate information, claiming things like that until they came along all other products for curly hair contained sulphates and silicones, and that the USA doesn't know how to take care of curly hair (which completely ignores that the natural hair movement began in the USA). This really puts me off them. I think some of their products contain shea butter which is generally too heavy for wavy hair, yet their AI generated model who is raving about them has wavy hair.

I’ll have a look at that too thanks
I often think the ones that push the advertising are probably not so good but I do easily get my head turned!!

Can I believe Nadia Sawalha and Alex Kingston 🤔

Merwave is brilliant for me. I've recently used the Sam McKnight sea salt spray and it's fabulous. There's loads on eBay at the moment which is good as it's very expensive!
