Have you tried anything recently that you’re telling all your friends about? Mine is the Drunk Elephant baby facial and facial oil. I use once a week and can notice a real difference in my skin. I’ve also had HIFU treatment on my thighs and am so pleased with the results. My horrible, saggy skin is much improved and I’m feeling more confident to wear shorts this year 🙏🏻

Would love to know if you’ve found anything recently or tried any treatments that you’d really recommend

For if and when anyone can find it. Nothing odd about that.

Benefit Hydropop pore minimiser - expensive but worth it.

Yes! It's so cheap. I use it at night on damp, cleansed skin and put night cream on over the top.

Viscoderm hydrobooster - a skin booster which has really helped my lower face smile lines. Love it

Mac Studio radiance primer - makes my skin lovely and glowy. Can use with or without makeup

Byoma barrier and treatment serum - love this product and have repurchased several times.

Supergoop tinted sunscreen - gives your face a lovely glow and with no need for a tinted moisterizer.

Farmacy Vit C - lovely to use and feels luxurious on the skin

Bananadramatic · 27/06/2026 07:46

Magnesium capsules- have slept better in the last 7 months (taken them for slightly longer) than at any point in my life since I was 11.

L'Oreal Lash Paradise. Goes on like a dream, smudge resistant even in this weather.

Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner. Also smudge resistant.

Eyebrow threading. Always get compliments, have been doing it for 20 years.

Avon glommerstick eye liners.

I love these too! Also, Avon's tinted moisturiser, which has been a game changer - you need just a tiny amount and since I've been using it I get sovmany comments about how healthy I look - it just gives your face a slight glow I think is something like spf20😍

Garnier blue sorbet cream - cheap and perfect cooling gel for the heatwave. Leaves my skin moistured but matte.

NewDogOwner · 27/06/2026 23:13

Magnesium capsules.
Tanologist tan. It is so easy to apply and fades beautifully and evenly. The mousse with the guide colour in the blue bottle. Not like the old tans. It's incredible.

MooBaggage · 28/06/2026 00:16

Can people say which magnesium tablets in particular they have used and would recommend for sleeping? Thanks 😊

ThatLilacDeer · 28/06/2026 01:02

I usually recommend upgrading from OTC to prescription skincare. Similar ingredients but stronger and generally more effective.

From retinol to retinoids ie tretinoin
From niacinamide and vitamin C to hydroquinone

Try the likes of Monderma, Renew and Me and compounding pharmacies.

Similar prices, better results.

littleburn · 28/06/2026 01:07

Medicube Age-R Booster Pro (LED micro current device) and Lancôme Renergie Collagen cream.
