What to wear for an interview in the heat?

I know it’s due to be cooler on Monday but I have an interview. I need to drive and then catch a train and then walk about 15mins.

so, what do you think I should wear? Nothing too hot, but also something for it’s a bit colder?

and comfy for public transport walking.

I’m 40 and a size 10.

thinking the classic black trousers, flat shoes but just not sure about the top?

Not sure where you are and what time the interview is but it doesn’t look very hot. I have one in London on Monday first thing and it’s only 17 degrees so I don’t think I need to significantly change from what I’d usually go for.
