Best foundation and eye brow pencil for oily skin in summer

I've been using no7 hydra luminous for a while now, but I don't think it's right for my skin.
I'm 37, have lines around the eyes, I would say my skin type is more oily than any other, and this weather really doesn't help.
I really don't know make up, so can I have some foundations recommended to me, please?
Should add, I have a toddler who doesn't sleep, so I imagine this shows in my skin.

I'm also looking for a new eyebrow pencil, currently using no7 precision pencil, but again, I don't think that's any good in the hot weather. Just seems to melt off and smudge.

What are you looking for in a foundation? Just something to even out your skin or a base with more coverage?

Instead of changing your eyebrow pencil, have you tried using a setting spray? I use the Revolution one and it really helps. I've heard great things about the Loreal one so will try that when I finish mine!
