They say their office is based in the Netherlands but the returns info mentions China...bizarre

We had something similar from another site, advertised as UK based (London), my husband ordered and was not as advertised, the company tried offering something like £5 partial refund, when my husband refused they said we would need to return the item to china at our own cost which we refused to do so. My husband went through the bank and received a refund from them.

It’s a drop shipping site, most (all?) of their stuff is from alibaba/express.
