Sizing for fit flop dash trainers?

I have had a couple of fit flop shoes before and they are very comfortable but i have never bought their trainers. I have size 8 in their sandals.

I am interested in their dash t-toe leather trainers and don't know whether to go for an 8 or 9. I am usually an 8 but also usually size up for running trainers. These would be for walking and city stuff but i would appreciate any advice from anyone who has bought them or tried them on.

For reference, I am comfortable in an adidas superstar size 8 but the narrower -toe adidas styles feel too tight at an 8.

Thanks

I’m a “big 8”. High Street 8 often doesn’t fit. Fit Flop 8 is fine though.

I bought 5.5 which is my normal size and they fit fine. Returns are easy to do too.

I wear a 6 in everything, including Fitflop trainers, and I think they are wider than Adidas: my feet are on the wide side and the Fitflop ones are great on me.

Wide size 5 feet. Size 5 is comfy. Which colour do you fancy?

My normal shoe size works for these rather than sizing up
