I’m 41, redhead. I’ve avoided touching my eyebrows - but I’m getting married in three months and I need to sort them out!! I have no idea where to start. Please help me!
oh I used to pull them out - trichotillomania. I’m generally fine now but they are patchy.
photo - be kind!!

I think that the way forward would be to invest in a good brow pencil now, so that you can do your brows pretty expertly on the day.

Sit by a window with both a normal mirror and a magnifying one and take your time.

With your colouring, I wonder whether the Charlotte Tilbury one in taupe would work.

I’d dye them but not too dark. That will make the most of them.

PS

The brand suggests the soft brown for redheads, I've realised.

Maybe an eyebrow tint and wax - the waxing gives a nice clean line, the tinting makes them more visible. Get them done asap - if you don’t like it , it will have all but faded for your wedding. If you love it you can have it redone just before.

I would get a professional tint and wax, I think the results would be really good. You usually need it doing every 4-6 weeks so I would have one now and one just before your wedding

Thanks guys!

I’d get them professionally shaped either waxed or threaded. It’s too easy to get carried away trying to shape them yourself (I speak from experience!)
id also get them dyed, not too dark just enough to give your face some definition. Depending how dark your hair is I’d go for a dark blonde or a warm light brown
id use a powdered brow product day to day to fill in the sparse bits and just define them a bit more. I find powdered products more forgiving than pencils if you’re not used to using them
