Longwear lipstick recommendations?

Hi I'm looking for a longwear lipstick that will actually last the day (or at least half of it) as I'm a teacher and can't be faffing around topping up my makeup. I am looking for the sort of shade that used to be described as "tea rose" or often had rose in the name, but I'm looking for a brownish rose not a bright pink. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All I can find in longwear lipsticks so far are these nude/neutral/greige or bright pop colours, none of which suit me!

Ooh those look good! Thank you! Do you find they flake or do they stay good all day?

This is my daily lippy that’s a soft dark pinky colour.

Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink - Coy 20

With these lipstick wands, you have to give them a really good shake before each use otherwise the product tends to separate and go almost translucent.

No, I don’t find they flake.

My favourite Maybelline lipstick is ‘ Absolute plum’ in the dual ended lipsticks. . It’s more wine/berry colour, but seems to go with everything.

try Wonderblading - they have one called Toffee Rose, but I think from your description, I would go for Whimsical

Thank you! That Wonder Blading one in Whimsical looks like exactly the shade I'm after! What always worries me with lipstick colours is when they turn up and look nothing like the shade they were supposed to be, so I love that they've literally swatched every shade on different skin tones.
I think I'll get the Maybelline Superstay vinyl one to try as well. Matte finish always dries my lips out. I'm just less certain on the shade.

I found the maybelline superstay vinyl ones were great for the first few uses and then the colour seems to disappear from the tube no matter how hard I shake them. I have 4 shades as I bought a couple and really liked them but now they are indistinguishable from each other, even though 2 were much more intense originally.
