Sticky sandals

Hi I have some nice leather summer low heel sandals but the sole sticks to the bottom of my heel when I walk and you can hear it! Any ideas to stop it ? I’ve tried talc, sticky stuff remover in case any residue glue there. Neither work. Thanks !

I do find talc works for mine but if there is something else I’m all ears as it is a pain

Talc.......works for me every time.

You can get a roll up stick designed to stop the heels of your shoes rubbing- might also work for this. Kind of like a balm.

I put a thin insole on mine

I ordered the Compeed balm as per the link written “this” above. I can’t seem to cut and paste but look at the replies above. I got it from Amazon and did a trial run in the house today. It seems to work!! Next thing is I’ll try it outside. I put it on my actual heel.
