Raincoat, but nice?

For an imminent UK holiday. Must:

Look nice
Not be a very 'outdoorsy' style
Be breathable, not a sweaty plastic bag
Not gather at the bottom hem
Preferably be blue
Pack down into a bag if needed
Deep hood a bonus!

I like the Regatta ones with mesh inside. Very breathable and don't stick to you whilst being waterproof at the same time. They're not exactly pack away size but you can roll them down into a small size to fit in your bag just fine. They have a few styles under different names but with a quick look I can see they have a navy one called Bayletta on Amazon.
