Help! Prom outfit for emphatically non-girly DD?

DD is 16, gay, and not at all girly. She has zero interest in a prom dress but wants to still look prom appropriate. She's found this image as inspiration. Does anyone have any idea where we can start with sourcing something?

She's size 8 top size 10 bottom.

Don’t know where that is from but yes it is fab -
last year at my DS’s prom a few people who didn’t feel prom dresses were their style wore similar outfits and looked great ❤️

dd2 isn’t girly, she wore a bottle green suit and ended up finding the one she wanted on Vinted, she looked amazing, I think it was from Zara originally.

There are waistcoats in the women’s section of Next at the moment.

Slaters may be worth a look if you have a store near you. They don't sell women's suits but will do some tailoring for a women's fit I think.
Probably worth phoning before visiting.

At my son’s prom, the boys all took off their jackets as they were jumping around and overheated. So I think the waistcoat + trousers combo as in the picture would be better than a ‘full’ suit with a jacket, and it looks stylish!

DD18 is wearing a navy waistcoat and tailored trousers from River Island with a puffy sleeved blouse. Bright yellow high heels, jewellery and hair clips.
