Moisturising under eye concealer?

I am struggling to find something that doesn’t go dry during the day.

I don’t need much coverage.

I have found nice dewy finish foundations but can’t find a concealer.

I need something with a yellow undertone in a paler shade.

I used to find the Maybelline Instant Eraser good but it now seems more full coverage and drying to me.

I was wondering about Rare Beauty Positive Light Under Eye Brightener. Anyone tried?

Happy with any price point.

Colour wise they’re very much trial and error I find. Difficult to get a good light with testers in a shop. I use an under eye serum, let that sink in, then do a bit of concealer

I find Trinny London the best for being effective and moisturising. Lots of shades too.

I still manage to mess it up trying shades on my hand! I feel like I have the moisturisers etc down and with the right foundation I don’t have any issues with dryness etc. I am finding at mid- forties I can’t handle even the slightest drying finish from foundation/concealer.

I’d not thought to try Trinny thank you. I like the look of the packaging too as I prefer a tube.

No7 hyaluronic under eye concealer in blue tube. Loads of shades, very moisturising and also affordable

Following. I've started just putting a thin layer of SPF under my eyes before concealer which is working tbf but it means it doesn't last as long. I've seen ads for a sort of balm (truffle balm I think?) that goes on first, might be worth a try

That sounds perfect thanks. I am always getting offers on No7 but haven’t purchased anything in a while.

Honestly it’s the best one I’ve come across. You have to sacrifice some coverage but it looks better than dry cakey concealer and it does brighten your eyes a lot. It’s the only No7 product I’ve ever used but it makes me want to try more

I think I know the type of product you mean. I used to have a Clarins balm like that. My SPF is quite moisturising and I’m then adding an eye cream (Bobbi Brown extra repair). Over the day, the concealer seems to look a little dry and tired.

I am definitely prepared to sacrifice some coverage over finish! I use light coverage base on face too as I don’t need much. I don’t really have bad dark circles or anything but it looks lacking without something.

It has a special applicator that is cold so helps with puffiness, no idea if it makes a difference but it does feel good on the under eye area!
