Where can one buy a graduation dress for a fussy 16yo DD?

I’m looking for suggestions of shops to try for Y11 DD’s school graduation dress. She is not fond of dresses in general but would like one for this occasion. She’s tall and slim and would look beautiful in a bin bag but please suggest brands or actual dresses a fussy 16 yo might like!

Do you mean graduation or prom? I've not heard of a year 11 graduation but I would imagine the dress would need to be different from a prom dress?

It’s for graduation- at her school they do an awards ceremony in a marquee and the students dress smartly (not in uniform). She has a prom dress thankfully!
