Smart work tops for size 20

Has anyone bought/seen any summer tops/shirts for work recently that suit a size 20? Smart casual is fine too (I work in a school office).

I do suit a more tailored top/shirt/blouse rather than long and baggy shirts (and I don’t like the look of a vest with an open linen shirt etc).

Tops all seem to be cropped or long and baggy, and I would like a slightly roomy but tailored fit and to reach the top of my thighs. I carry my weight around my middle and I hate anything that clings, especially when I sit down (T-shirts are a ‘no’ for this reason).

Plain colours, no patterns, High St prices like M&S etc.

I am losing weight just in case someone would like to be rude!

Yours clothing could be useful. I came across Ullapopken shop in Berlin and they have a UK website. It is a place that sells good quality clothes. Only recently I had to throw out a t-shirt that was worn out and was 20 years old and, worn often. I recently got some on eBay and vinted and people comment on them . Cotton traders have worthwhile tops and again when I wear them people tell me I suit them. I also got a few tops from Marina Rinaldi on vinted. Working in a school I understand why you need to be smart casual as you will be meeting all sorts of people.

I am a fan of Uniqlo skipper blouses. Very flattering and cover everything without being huge

I’ve just bought some seasalt T-shirts for working as admin in a school office

I also like Roman tops for this. I also look to the tall section of next for tops as that way I can get the longer length I need/want

The JW Anderson for Uniqlo boxy shirts are excellent. Their size guide isn’t really to be believed- I’m a 10-12 and wear a small but would fit an XS. My sister is a size 16 and wears a M in them.
