I had a bottle of Medic8 serum as part of a beauty advent calendar. I used it, it was nice, but there wasn’t anything special about it and I wouldn’t buy it again. There was another serum in the same calendar that was far superior.

I used the gel face wash; it’s fine but I probably wouldn’t buy it again. I don’t really like gel in general.

I had Medic8 super expensive eye cream in advent calendar, it was very drying, I used it up of course, but couldn't wait to go back to my regular one.

I use the retinal and the eye retinal. I’ve also got the vitamin c serum but find it a bit greasy under make up.

Edit- meant to say I do like the retinal products.

DemonsandMosquitoes · 06/06/2026 20:25

I use the crystal retinal and love it. Makes my skin feel amazing and very few lines and wrinkles for 54.

I use their vitamin c in the morning and crystal retinal at night. My skin looks and feels amazing after a year of consistent use. I love their products, they really do work. They might seem pricey to start with but they last for ages and have excellent Black Friday deals which I stock up on. I think there are deals at the end of June sometimes too. Definitely worth the money.

Redsofacushionsandsnacks · 06/06/2026 20:36

I do. I really like most of it. I use the Vit C serum and SPF 50 Day moisturiser every day. You do need a primer over it for make up.
At night I use liquid Peptides and Night Moisturiser. My skin is pretty good, it absolutely works for me. The only thing I didn’t like was the Retinol - it made me spotty. But that is probably an issue with my particular skin rather than the product.

mynameiscalypso · 06/06/2026 20:38

I like the liquid peptides. I’ve used the vitamin c before but I find it a big claggy.

Delatron · 06/06/2026 21:28

The crystal retinal is amazing and the strongest non prescription retinoid you can buy.

Agree the vitamin C is claggy.

I do want to try the liquid peptides.

Patagonia21 · 06/06/2026 22:17

I have purchased their night time moisturiser for a second time as it has worked so well. Have not tried their other products.

I use the Liquid Peptides, the crystal retinol & the press and clear. I definitely have noticed an improvement in my skin. I do think the peptides have made the biggest difference to my skin of those products if I had to pick one.

edit to add: the spot serum I really like. It seems to speed up healing.
