On DuckDuckGo - the cookies are automatically blocked. No reviews visible.

Does anyone have an idea when the sale will end?
I had been looking out for an 8 in the wide legged ecru jeans to try and compare with the 10 that I have here. Though now running out of time of my 2 weeks to return them even if an 8 arrived. To be fair, I quite like the 10 anyway. 😊 I think I’ll go try them again and hopefully just forget about looking out for an 8. They are meant to be slouchy, on the hips and they are but then they’re not cropped. Possibly an 8 would have been better but could also have pinched. 😆 I think I want the sale to end.

Could I just ask re the sale - do Toast do that thing where they say "take another 10% off" in the last week of the sale?

It really annoys me when that happens and I want to avoid it.

@BigFrau I am not the best person to ask but when they did a further drop in price during a previous sale, which I’m wondering if that was the equivalent recently (though they only seemed to drop prices in a couple of scarves), it was possible to contact them to price match. I suspect though that this may only be offered if you are still in the return period but always worth asking. Maybe they are waiting to ensure most of the sales are out of return period or sold out or maybe there are no more reductions. Someone else will be wiser.

Nope! Went into the page info on Firefox, unticked 'default' for cookies and set to allow. Still no reviews. Closed Firefox and restarted. Still no reviews.

@BigFrau I don’t think they usually do the extra 10% that lots of places do, and that the further reductions last week is the last reduction there will be. But if you have bought something and it is further reduced, they will refund you the difference. I just did that with the button through poplin dress and got £25 back.
I just checked my email from last year and the sale ended on Thursday 10th July, so I suspect it will end the day after tomorrow (often at midday just to surprise us). I have placed a last order, because I always need a random last punt - the mohair cotton sweater in golden honey (loved this when I tried it in store but wasn’t sure about the colour), the navy silk linen top (have tried and swithered on sizing on this one a few times already, but now the m is oos so it forces a size decision!), and because I am the world’s most indecisive person, I’ve reordered the indigo jacket which I returned at the weekend 🙄 (love it too much to let it go despite the fabric. Though it is the same fabric as the indigo alix and I have a pair of those that are years and years old and have faded beautifully, so I will make the jacket work somehow).

On the reviews, I can see them on my phone, although I have noticed a few times in the last week or two that I thought I couldn’t, but if I refreshed the page or gave it a minute to catch up to itself then they appeared. 🤷‍♀️

I thought they always did a 'final reductions'?

@ScallopShellWalk I'm in the same boat as you re waiting for my size to reappear. I could kick myself for not ordering two sizes of the cotton linen jacket! The size 4 arrived today and is fine so long as I don't move which isn't what you want in a jacket, so it's going back tomorrow and I'm keeping the 8 while I can and hoping the 6 will be restocked. If anyone spots one or is returning one, could they please give me a nudge?

I just saw further reductions and have been refunded the difference. 😊

Oh - one of the items I ordered has been further reduced however the size I ordered is out of stock. Do you still think I could get the price adjustment and do I just email them?

While I'm at it, does anyone know whether blackberry looks black in person because it does on screen...or is it like a dark aubergine colour? I'm eyeing up another crinkle top (it would be my fourth and I don't need it. Can I resist???)

Well, I was wrong about the further reductions. 2 of the items I ordered this afternoon have now been reduced again. I wonder should I ask for them to refund me the difference now or wait to make sure I am keeping both these items….

@ScottishMouse I asked for a refund in the difference of a top I ordered today and they refunded me. It’s just been posted. Though I’m pretty sure I’ll keep it if it fits ok.

I've changed my mind and am sending back the size 8 sap green jacket and ordering the warm sand one instead - you've been so complimentary about it @ScottishMouse I think it's worth a try!

I just asked on chat @ScallopShellWalk and they said better to wait until I receive them and know i’m keeping them. The silk linen top is £20 less and the indigo jacket is now down to £135.

Oh I hope you like it @faustina. I wore mine today and I really love it. It’s a great price now, I am still talking myself out of ordering another and dyeing it.

@faustina, in case you haven’t already ordered, I would maybe try two sizes. I bought my usual size but it is quite oversized so depending on how you want it to fit you might want to size down.

Thank you @ScottishMouse - I've gone for an XS because I want it to be comfortable with more than just a t-shirt, but not ridiculously big. I looked at the measurements and I'm fairly sure the smallest wouldn't work on the bust. Which size do you have?

I have M @faustina which is my usual size in Toast tops/sweaters, though I had to size up to L for the indigo jacket.

Thank you - that indigo jacket looks quite a neat fit. I was able to see the garment measurements on the dark sand jacket (they didn't have the sap green ones) so my guess is a little more accurate - hopefully!

I had put three items in my bag and proceeded to checkout but didn't actually pay because I was called away from my PC. When I returned, the bag contents had been reduced by £25!

Amazing, thank you so much to those who have explained the price adjustments. That's me £25 better off and I'll be watching the rest of my recently purchased items like a hawk. And yes it was instant via chat - I'm so impressed!
