Advice ? Small skin-coloured bumps on cheeks and chin in my forties

Hey
Early 40s. On HRT. Skin has always been OK but not great. Lately ive been really conscious of lots of little skin-coloured bumps along my lower cheeks, just above jaw and around my chin. They dont seem to be blocked pores, but i dont try squeezing them because I dont want to inflame them. I have a decent skin care routine. Including azaelic acid and Skin+me formula, but it doesn't seem to be helping with the bumps.

Has anyone got any suggestions of something that might help? Skin is mostly normal/combination - bit oily down the t zone.

Keep getting advertised Dr Melaxin bundles but not sure if it's just marketing hype, but obvs v happy to treat pigmentation and fine lines as a bonus side effect 😆

I have one too, on my cheek, under my eye. I took a picture and asked AI what it was. Sorry, I can't remember the official name. It's something super common women of our age can get. AI said you could see a dermatologist if it bothers you.

Milia? I have loads of them

Keratosis? I have a number of flat bumps on my face and the GP said that's what they were - a kind of wart. She said that they will go away by themselves.

I went to a dermatology clinic and she burnt off two larger ones. I'm trying tree tea oil on one at the moment.

Having googled a bit i think more likely to be closed comedones...

I use an oil cleanser - could that be the culprit?
