I know there’s no magic fixes and I’m hear for the long game but can’t afford Botox so wondering what anyone has done that has actually made them look younger/ better? Face yoga? Red light therapy? What can I do to age less quickly!!!! Someone tell me some of these things actually work??

Tretinoin (I used dermatica for a year or so and then just gave up with it but I do think it made a positive difference to my skin).
Other than that, spf to help slow the signs of ageing. I don’t use red light therapy or do face gym etc so can’t comment.

Sadly, I think it's genetic.
Mediterranean diet
Exercise
Sufficient water
Sleep
Avoid the sun
Stick to 14 units

Do you smoke. Absolutely nothing ages you more than drinking and smoking. I dont drink or smoke and drink loads of water and I think I look reasonably good at 64. I slso dont sunbathe or use tanning beds. I dont have any botox and I havent had any work done although Im planning some.
Quite honestly not drinking alcohol makes s huge difference within weeks. Im also vegetarian.i

Its pointless putting anything on your face if you are not working on the inside of your body too. My neck is a bit saggy but otherwise I dont really have any lines at 64.

I looked really haggard earlier this year.

Realised the regularity of my usual weekly veg box had slipped a bit - so I’m more meticulous about trying not to skip weeks unless absolutely necessary.

Stopped drinking alcohol at home. That immediately improved the greyness of my skin.

Still trying with plentiful, uninterrupted sleep.

A visit to a hairdresser (cut + colour) will instantly revive your face.
