Hair dryer recommendations

Looking for hair dryer recommendations please - mine has been a bit iffy for a while and completely conked out this morning!

Don’t mind spending a bit more on one but I need it today, so it needs to be available in-store from Boots, Argos or Sally’s which I appreciate is a bit limiting.

My friend has put me off Dyson. My initial thought was the GHD Helios but perhaps there are better options for the price?

Parlux are great, should be available in a local beauty supply store

I had the ghd, just upgraded to a Dyson, it’s fab, I used a friends and couldn’t beleive how good it was, dried my hair smooth and fast and didn’t over heat my scalp so less heat damage, not sure what your friend said to put you off, but I would say it’s the best out there.

She does really like hers and uses it every day but says for £300+ it’s not worth it. That’s good to hear you like it though!

Thank you there’s a couple in Sallys here, is there any model in particular that’s better?

My hairdresser uses parlux honestly it seems to dry hair in 5 seconds 😀 it is so powerful, im going to buy one when my Babyliss packs in,

I have both a Dyson and Parlux and rate both highly. Dyson is a lot lighter so if you have very long or thick hair I would go for that.

Hairdryer wise Parlux definitely but I did recently buy an air straight which is amazing if you only wear your hair straight
