Smart summer jackets

I've got a new job and in summer what do people wear as light smart jackets on top of tailored trousers and shirts?

Not looking for blazers.

I'm size 18 and 5ft 3in

Help please! My.wardrobe is a palette of black, navy, light blue and white shirts, tan shoes etc.

If your office has aircon then I find most people just wear the same blazers but don't put them on until they go into the building, or only put then on for meetings. I suppose linen jacket/blazer if you haven't got air con. Crew Clothing have a lot but I find them all quite jaunty for the office.

I'm thinking about when commuting if it gets chilly eg around 18-20 degrees. A linen jacket wouldn't work and would be too casual.

Also what would look good on top of a smart shirt dress please? Thank you!

I wear whistles jersey blazers for that kind of thing
