Plus size maxi summer dresses

I’m looking for summer dresses that I could wear for either work (smart casual) or elsewhere. I don’t wear dresses usually as I’ve never found anything that suits me but I thought I would ask on here.

Size 18 top, size 20 bottom half
Big stomach, hips, bottom
I’d say I’m a cross between a pear shape and a (fat) hourglass.

A dress needs to have short sleeves, plain colours as I really do not suit patterns, maxi length, and not cling to my middle at all.

Budget up to £100 but prefer much less (or Vinted).

I think we have a similar shape. I find dresses difficult as I prefer a v neck but have a short body. I do find Me&Em works- you’ll find them on vinted for good prices. Also old Baukjen (I think their new stuff is quite frumpy). I do prefer separates though as I think I feel more comfortable on those proportions.
