Does anyone use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner?

And is really disappointed with the new bottle design, where you seemingly have to push the actual pump into the palm of your hand to dispense?

If I turn it the other way and pump, nothing happens.

I find it really difficult to use with wet hands and it takes quite a bit of effort to pump it.

Am I doing something wrong?

I use it but I noticed the bottle has now changed and they don’t seem to do the ones I use anymore - the replenish and cleanse, and the 24 hour volume. Thanks for the warning about the bottles. It’s just the kind of thing that would catch me out and I doubt I will buy it again unless they reintroduce the ones I’m using now. It’s annoying as I have used it for many years. I did notice the price has gone up for less shampoo as well.

I do and saw the new bottles in the shop yesterday and noticed that they also seem to have hiked the price for a smaller size , Im going to look for an alternative. Also I couldnt see the gold bottle range that really suits my hair

Time to shop around

I've switched to Rituals. The products are natural too, with no SLS.

Object to the pump dispenser on eco grounds - far harder to recycle. Tressemme is solving a “problem” which didn’t exist. Bought a couple of the old style bottles on the reduced section at Tesco so that will keep me going for a while.

Bah. I don't want to shop around for an alternative that will almost certainly cost more and may not work as well. I'll see if I can stock up.

I’ve used Tresemme for years now, after struggling to find a shampoo that works for hair. Although, there appears to be not a single shampoo in the world that stops my hair being greasy in day two.

I’m going to stock up on the old style via Amazon.

And yes, in addition to the rubbish new bottle, the price has definitely shot up.

I think all shampoo and conditioner have shot up in price. I usually but Treseme and have always had trouble with the old bottles having to squeeze it really hard. I only buy it if its cheaper than other stuff.
