Unfolded Dress Review

I saw some negative reviews about Unfolded dresses. Well, my first one has arrived and I'm quite happy with it.

I'm overweight and had 3 C-sections, so I have an apron belly. The dress hides that and gives me a beautiful shape. It was lovely and breezy to wear it today and I felt really well put together. :) The material also has a nice quality. Can't wait for my 2nd one now that is just finishing production

I didn’t see the other thread, but I have 4 dresses from Unfolded and love them all.

I had a poor experience with them. The dress I ordered took almost 10 weeks to arrive (I understood their business model, but this was still over twice as long as I expected).
And the dress didn't fit. I'm a pretty standard size 16, but their sizing was really odd. Too small, too short in the body, belt a size 12.

The returns policy is so complicated, and customer service non existent, I ended up selling the dress to someone who had bought a 14, found it too small and wanted a size up. It didn't fit her either, as it measured the same as her 14.

I was very disappointed with the whole process and will not use them again. There are better b corps out there.

I have trousers from them that I really like. Like a PP I bought a dress that was way too small (I’m also a size 16, the dress was tiny round the bust and I couldn’t even get in to it. I did battle through the returns process but they tried to make me feel guilty and give up at every stage. I’ve just ordered some more trousers but I’m reluctant to go for another dress.
