Bra recommendations for saggy boobs with little volume near the top!

After DC and breast feeding many years ago coupled with weight loss my 34E/F boobs are a pretty deflated, especially up top 🫣.
I can’t seem to find a great bra with supportive straps that pulls them up without gaping fabric at the top of the cup. Any recommendations?

I have exactly the same issue. Got fitted today at John Lewis. It’s an Elomi. Full cup. Not pretty but does the job. She also recommended Freya, although I didn’t try any.

Highly recommend a decent fitting. Bravissimo or an independent shop. If you want an idea yourself, look up Boob or Bust. It's pretty accurate. Do not underestimate wearing the correct size for making you feel so much better with your appearance. Most women are in the wrong size due to old measuring methods.

I’ve recently discovered pour moi. I’m impressed by the shape they give me (34E with 3 dc). I tried on loads in M&S to establish my size but hated the shape then remembered I have a lovely bikini top from pour moi so decided to try ordering online.

I have used the boob or bust method tonight and it is suggesting a 34H but I feel my deflated boobs won’t fill that. I will be near John Lewis, House of Fraser, Bravisimo and Selfridges over the weekend so will try a few of the brands recommended. Thank you.

I wear honeylove. Really comfy

I have the same (albeit much smaller, I’m wearing an A cup!), balconette bras are what work best for me. They sort of scoop everything I do have into the cup and there’s not half a cup at the top with nothing in.

Try a half cup, or balcony. Half cup isn't easy to find but sounds like it will suit your shape. I wear a 34gg in a half cup but the same size in a full cup would fit both my boobs and my head in comfortably so try your recommended size first.

I tried the balcony for this reason and it absolutely did not work. Watching thread with interest. My boobs are elongated, empty basketball socks, at this point.

Start with Bravissimo but ring up and book a dedicated appointment. I suspect you will be a smaller back size.

Anyway I have the same 32G and also need oomph from the bottom! They gave me the Bravissimo Esmae Bra but I also bought the Fantasie smoothing seamfree balconette bra (but bravissimo don’t sell that).

I have large, bottom heavy boobs and find bra shopping a nightmare generally but have recently discovered this from Next which is so comfortable and doesn’t leave the top half of the cup empty. The black one seems to always be out of stock in the smaller band sizes but Nude and white are both available. I would advise going down a band size though as I find they come up a bit big there.
