Removing press on nails (with glue applied)

I want to wear press on nails and apply a little nail glue rather than the unreliable double-sided stickers that come with them.
But im paranoid about not being able to get them off later! How do you remove press ons if you've used nail glue on them?

I soaked my nails in an olive oil & water solution then gently prised the nails off
