I bought 3x dresses for c£300, kept one, attempted to return two within 48 hours. I emailed 10x over 10 days before I even got a response. Then I was told that I could have 70% store credit (which I didnt want) or a 20% refund. I told them it was an unacceptable response and I would ship them back at my own expense but wanted a full refund - after another 10 days was told no again. Looked on Trust Pilot and this appears to be a pattern - 1.6 rating with all similar comments. They turned off comments on IG. There are horrible google and you tune reviews too
