Anyone else absolutely fed up?
In recent days the M&S barrel leg jeans in Ecru I bought in extra short are much longer & bigger than the equivalent size in the mid blue. I unfortunately ripped the label off before wearing.
My M&S review on the original barrels was rejected because of too much personal info. Unless my name is Sienna Miller ( referring to the size differential ) they've got it wrong. No answer to my querying.
I'm already irritated by their review demands and telling us what to write. I suspect they're editing their videos for only positive comments. Not allowing any commenting on the fact their sizing has shrunk which is all over social media.
Finally I ordered a parcel from h&m delivered in store. This took nearly a week ( a far cry from their normally rapid delivery) .Tried on & returned a jacket.
Was told if would be refunded online & of course no receipt given. Well, what a surprise, no refund email, nothing on my app. I've spent 20 mins on the phone & have to phone back in an hour as they're trying to track what has happened.
Is this happening to anyone else?
