Anyone else absolutely fed up?
In recent days the M&S barrel leg jeans in Ecru I bought in extra short are much longer & bigger than the equivalent size in the mid blue. I unfortunately ripped the label off before wearing.
My M&S review on the original barrels was rejected because of too much personal info. Unless my name is Sienna Miller ( referring to the size differential ) they've got it wrong. No answer to my querying.
I'm already irritated by their review demands and telling us what to write. I suspect they're editing their videos for only positive comments. Not allowing any commenting on the fact their sizing has shrunk which is all over social media.

Finally I ordered a parcel from h&m delivered in store. This took nearly a week ( a far cry from their normally rapid delivery) .Tried on & returned a jacket.
Was told if would be refunded online & of course no receipt given. Well, what a surprise, no refund email, nothing on my app. I've spent 20 mins on the phone & have to phone back in an hour as they're trying to track what has happened.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Well, I never leave online reviews on anything, specifically because I’m not interested in opening the door to this sort of interaction. If I find a shop disappointing I just stop buying from them.

With the H&M order - given you have your original order confirmation can this not all be pursued online? 20 minutes on the phone sounds stressful. If they don’t ring back why not wait until Monday and email and WhatsApp them?

Oh god you really like creating stress for yourself, smaller sizing at M&S is a good thing, some of us could never buy from them as even a 6 was too big. You clearly rambled in your review. Try on clothes before you rip off tags. I have returned lots of online orders in store , you don’t get an email the money just returns to your account, takes about 3 days. All fixed now, go do something fun

I wanted to chase it up right away.
Normally financial issues are best sorted out straight away. I suspect if was a new girl I dealt with & possibly her mistake.

This isn't Aibu incidentally.
I always receive a return email & a return notification on my app. Without this I have no proof of return.
It's so nice you still have utter faith in shops and financial records. I'm so glad you're tiny which means that you're probably very young .
