Large Washable Beach Bag?

We are going on holiday to a place where we will need to cart everything, including beach towels, to the beach. So I need a bag of bags that are large enough.

The journey involves a walk, a bus ride and a walk so we need something that is comfortable to carry.

I definitely don’t want a basket.. You put it on the beach (there isn’t always somewhere to hang it), it picks up a load of sand, and then - forever after - it dispenses sand wherever it’s put down. so it’s got to be a cotton tote - I’d really like something I can wash in the machine back home.

I also (obviously) want something that looks reasonable stylish. Or, at the very least, not dreadful.

Does anyone have any suggestions for something, please? X

They’re all so depressingly naff, aren’t they. Overly colourful or emblazoned with logos. I just want something practical, stylish and understated.

Maybe not stylish but a big supermarket bag for life. Sainsbury's do good ones.
Easy to carry, easy to clean, easy to put in the case, cheap!

Primark very big canvas tote bags.
I swear by them & use them as overnight bags, heavy shopping bags & eBay parcel bags.
They normally do them in different colourways each season. I have 2 -a burgundy & dark leopard for winter & another 2 - a pale blue/ light leopard with rope handies for summer. They wash well & fold up small. I took one recently to taipei/HK & it was very useful to transport my heavy large bags of washing to the service laundry shops.
They're always sold next to the tills.
Lots of disney/leopard prints currently online.
But there's always plain ones in-store.

Honestly a big plastic type supermarket bag, not the hessian ones the woven plastic with soft handles.

The sand doesn't stick to them the way it does actual beach bags.

I have a Dock and Bay one and it's brilliant. Really spacious and washes well!
