Any idea what this is?

Does anyone know what could have caused this?
I usually have good skin. I'm in my 50s and been on a hrt patch for a while so that's not new. No other meds.
I'm abroad next week should be sunny. I'm worried it'll get worse.
Also can anyone recommend a good sun cream for the face?

Looks like Rosacea. Your GP will be able to prescribe something to help

Thanks. I won't get in now until after my holiday. I wonder if the pharmacist may have something? I'll ask tomorrow.

sun cream le Roc posay and it comes for different skin type. Works fine with roseacea

See if pharmacist can give you Soolantra which should help if it’s rosacea. Really important to keep it out of the sun. I would also use a hat, etc.

It's rosacea, I just developed it. I use Boots rosacea serum every morning and a prescribed azelaic acid cream every night. It's made a huge difference in less than two weeks.
