Mascara recommendations

I've wasted so much money over the years so I'm hoping someone can recommend a good one. I'm looking for one that gives length rather than volume, and I prefer a dryer formula if possible. My favourite is Maybelline Lash sensational, however I hate the brush and find it really difficult to use. So if anyone knows of one that gives a similar result but with a straighter/thinner brush that would be great

Ones I've tried but definitely didn't like are

Loreal Panorama
Mac Stack - loved the look but it was so flaky unless there's a way of stopping that?
Rimmel mega lash
Rimmel extra lash

Happy to spend up to £20 if it's worth it

Benefit bang bad gal mascara is great for defining lashes and making them look long

Benefit mascara but you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere

The new Maybelline tubing one is incredible,they only reason I'm not wearing it all the time is because it only comes in black atm, I need brown these days.

L’Oréal telescopic, a really lovely everyday mascara that doesn’t do anything weird or wonderful other than make lashes look longer and separated

YSL lash latex

My favourite at the minute is Charlotte Tilbury Exagger Eyes, I always finish with a layer of No 7 lash impact primer which seems to stop any mascara I wear from flaking, running etc

Another Telescopic fan here too.

Sweed or Bobbi Brown.

Elf Xtender tubing mascara is my go to nowadays after trying loads. I prefer the thinner wand and it does not budge.

Watching with interest because I love mac stack, but get fed up of it all ending up under my eyes

I’m probably older than a lot of people on this thread but thought I would ask can anyone suggest a mascara for people me I find most of them cause my eyes to start streaming after a bit . Or is this due to age

Lancome Hypnose but a touch over budget.

@Pastit12 I hate to be the bearer o bad news, but I believe it is age related.
Bizarrely, I think it's actually a response to 'dry eyes'?
