Best footsie type socks

Hello all
Summer footware beacons unfortunately. I'm thinking some of those footsie type socks that just go over your heel and toe and don't show under loafer type shoes might help. However when I bought a pair before they weren't much good in that they didn't stay on.
Can anyone recommend good ones? Ideally also cotton rather than nylon tights type material.

I’m interested in this too. I saw some in TKMaxx the other week, and they were just the toes then a clear elastic that went around the foot and ankle. I didn’t buy them in the end but wondered whether they would stay on better than the usual type. They were nylon though
