Nude tights that are not gloss but won’t stick to my skirt

It’s too cold in my office to go bare legged (and in any event I’m not keen). Unless I go for gloss tights everything seems to stick to cotton or viscose dresses and skirts. I find gloss tights so incredibly unflattering. I am wearing a slip today but the skirt of my dress is much longer than the slip and is still sticking to my tights on my lower legs.

Any recommendations for nude tights that won’t stick but don’t make my legs look like over-stuffed sausages?

Rub a little hand or body lotion into your hands and then pass your hands over the offending areas of the tights. No static cling.

Rinse the tights and/or the skirt in fabric conditioner.

It’s not static, the fabric of my skirt is sticking to the tights because of friction.

They are already washed with fabric conditioner.

Whether it's friction or static (not entirely sure of the difference - does friction create static?) the hand lotion does the trick.
