Where to hire a fabulous floor length gown for a black tie wedding in New York?

I started a thread last month about what to wear to a black tie evening wedding in New York in July.

im newly single. Recently lost a lot of weight. It’s a family weddding
i Will be there with my teen and tween.

im a size 10 and 5’3.

expecting lots of guests to be in full length ball gowns. Cocktail dresses may also feature.

where could I hire a gown?

No recommendations, but hire when you get there. It will save worries about creases. There are subtle cultural style differences that they'll be able to advise on. I think dress hire and black tie events are more of a thing in the states so you'll get a better choice too. A friend in the charity sector used to do it all the time in Washington for fundraisers, she got to wear some amazing gowns.
