Microcurrrents or LEDs?

I’m looking for advice and first hand experience of the microcurrrent devices (ziip halo etc) vs the LED masks (current body etc). I know they do different things but I just can’t justify buying both so wondering which will make the biggest difference to my life and my tired looking face! I have fairly typical 50-year old skin - the usual lines and wrinkles and just feel it looks generally dull. I am particularly self conscious about my under eye area which is baggy. Are there any lucky mumsnetters who have both these devices and if so which do you think has the most positive impact on your skin? Or if you’ve only got one of them do you rate it and if so why? Thanks in advance!!

I have both and I would say it depends what your priority is. The LED mask will help with skin appearance and texture, the micro current is more about stimulating the muscles and lifting, toning and firming. I have been using both for about 5+ years but it's really hard to say whether it's made a difference - I can't ever know what I would look like if I hadn't used them! I also use retinols and have done for about 10 years. I'm 56 and although I wouldn't say I look 10 years younger I have good skin and few wrinkles. But that might be genetic. I think good nutrition, exercise and general health can have a huge impact as can good products. But if I had to choose one I'd go for the microcurrent. I have the Foreo Bear
