Hi all. Am after some advice as to where I can buy lower rise trousers. Currently everything i try on comes up to my ribs! I’m 5’3 and 53 and loved the days of the mid or even low rise. Need some smart ones for work. Budget generous. No black - love navy though. Have tried M&S petite range but no good.

Low rise will look dated. Try mid. Me&em, white co, M&S..

Abercrombie low rise is nice - although modern low is probably more like good old days mid

Oh I'm.looking for low rise jeans. I hate the obsession with high waisted jeans and trousers. I have a really short torso and long legs (scoliosis) and high waisted jeans make it all look very much more noticeable.

Will watch with interest.

Yeah I think high rise is really unflattering despite all the "oo so shapely" magazine rhetoric
