Brightening foundation?

Am early 30s and my skin has changed all of a sudden. My face has started to look very dry and flat when I wear make-up. Honestly like a potato!

Please recommend me a foundation/concealer that will brighten up my face. Maybe something dewy? I am using a good spf and moisturiser already.

Any coverage will do, although preferably under £30.

Lisa Eldridge Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint. It’s £31.20 at SpaceNK currently so just a smidge over budget (it’s normally £39). It really brightens up my face and is my go to now when wearing foundation.

I like this, but I find it clings to my dry patches and looks a bit flakey. Eborian is good and also the Fenty eaze drop blurring tint. The latter is on offer at John Lewis and the only one that consistently blurs my face without looking cakey. Light so I can still see my freckles, but blurs out the redness and makes my skin glow.
