Dress for Henley

I’m struggling for inspiration! Has anyone seen a dress which would be amazing please?
I am 50, brunette, size 14 and tall (5ft9). Long midi length suits me the best (closer to ankle than knee). An
absolute must is my upper arms need to be covered. My usual go to is Wyse or Me + Em but that’s always risky so new brands gratefully received (eg no Hobbs/Phase Eight please as there would be many people in the same dress).
Budget up to £250 and extra points for accessories.

Try J Crew? Last time I went (via Phyliss Court) I wore one of their seersucker shirt dresses in white-blue stripe with a cream cotton-linen blazer with blue piping and tan buckskin loafers. (I was stuck with the blazer, so the rest had to fit with it.)
