Removal of small skin tags on face

I’ve got a couple of small skin tags (?) possibly, one under my nose and one on my lip. I don’t want them to get any bigger! They’re skin coloured lumps, I’ve included a very cropped out pic of one under my nose.

Cryopen - works really well and much cheaper than other methods. I've just had a small mole/lesion/thing removed and it cost £50 for a check to make sure it was benign and then £50 for the treatment.

@LeopardPrintFleece where do you get that done?

A local beautician - if you Googled you could probably find someone in your area that offers it.

I had lots of skin tags on my neck, and one on my face. I went to a dermatologist specializing in lumps and bumps at a local skin clinic, and made an appointment to have them burnt off.
It was painless ( with local anaesthetic) and didn’t leave any scars.

If I catch them early enough, I cut mine off with a pair of extremely sharp very tiny scissors I got just for that purpose. I sterilize them in alcohol. I’ve never had an infection or a scar.

my doctor cuts them off in a similar way in the office, but I do go in for larger ones or anything in an area where an infection would be problematic.

That doesn’t look like a skin tag to me .. I wouldn’t do anything to it until a doctor has seen.
i wonder could it be a small BCC .. small skin cancer that can ulcerate but doesn’t spread to other parts body. It’s very common.

Vitamin E capsules works well- just pierce one and put a bit on everyday. Although I have to admit now I just tend to snip them off for speed with a pair of sharp scissors
