Can anyone recommend some period swimwear brands for DD, she’s 14 and periods can be sometimes heavy. She’s around a size 8 but may fit teen 14-16 still as she’s slim. Nothing girlie or frilly etc. Just functional and low key (her request). Tends to wear plain black Speedo costume but says she will consider a bikini for practical purposes of needing more than one pair of bottom. We are going on a very swim focused holiday and unfortunately it will most likely be her period that week. She’s not yet keen on other methods of protection.
also does it work well? Will she need to change a lot? She’s planning on doing a windsurfing course that week!
