Poikiloderma of Civatte - which SPF do you use?

If you have Poikiloderma of Civatte, are there any specific brands of SPF cream you'd recommend? What about day to day care?

I admit that I had to google it. I think you need to get the highest protection you can. Usually this means SPF50 and a UVA rating of 5 stars.

I have it and used Biore.

I use it daily and even in 40c tropical sun, I never burn with it on.

For my face, Ultrasun or La roche posay both spf50. Can be used under make up. I use it 365 days of the year if I'm outside.
