Recommendations for flattering high-waisted underwear after c-section?

Hi everyone,

I’ll start by saying that I’m forever grateful for my son, obviously. But as someone who has always had a flat stomach, I’m now really really struggling with my post baby body. I’m back to the same weight, but I had an emergency c section and have been left with quite a severe scar/over hang, and I’ve also been diagnosed with POI (early 30s) - suffering a lot with perimenopausal bloating.
I’m eating well and exercising as much as possible, so please don’t point me that way.
To help with self confidence I want to get rid of all of my underwear (either too small/unflattering or comfy but completely unflattering maternity/pp ‘styles’!) and invest in some that actually fits and flatters.
I’m looking for high waisted underwear in a reasonably thick material to help hide my scar, not necessarily shape wear (as assume it wouldn’t be comfortable?), in various styles - I usually wear thongs or Brazilian style, don’t really want plain large pants.
Basically some that will help me look and feel better, not granny pants, but no low rise g strings either… any recommendations please?

@CandidStork

I hadn't realised this, OP, but there seems to be ranges for this specifically, such as this one.

Having said that, those ones aren't especially glam. Something more like this?

Thanks @TheSquareMile - really love some of the Intimissimi ones, pricier than I usually go for but perhaps that’s part of the problem!

I like these M&S ones, as the lace at the sides reduces the "big knicker" effect! They're a good everyday knicker.

They're very smoothing & comfy, though I wouldn't say the fabric is thick as such. Black would minimise any scar visibility more than pale colours?

Spanx are also good - these ones are higher legged, but in lace with light compression, so will be smoothing over the stomach.
