Looking for summer jeans/ chinos

Help! Looking for the holy grail of summer trousers.

Must be:
Thinnish fabric
Flat elasticated high waist
Wide (not too wide) crop/ ankle grazer

Would like:
dark or medium wash denim
pockets

I have trawled the high street. Any ideas??

I have what I think is the trouser version of these on right now - they are great. I have a black pair and a brown pair, and they are super comfy, look good with trainers just now but also with Birkenstock Boston clogs and I suspect would look fab with sandals if that's your thing (I hate my ugly feet so don't expose them to the public!). They come up big though, I'm a UK 12 and got the 12, but I find after sitting in them a bit they need howking up and I wish I had got the 10.

So I need a flatter waistband otherwise I look like a sack, and the carrots and barrels just don’t suit me, I need a straighter cut. Its a painful search!
