Menopausal Arms, Weights or Products, or Both?

Menopausal/ post menopausal arms. Do these oils work or is it a scam?
I see stuff advertised at £50 a bottle.
Is it just using weights to get more toned or can you use creams or oils too to make skin less dry looking?

I’m interested in the responses. I have toned arms; push-ups and weight’s definitely help, but at 54 the skin is crepey and I haven’t found a moisturiser that gives a nice sheen to my skin and actually makes it look moisturised.

Moisturiser may improve the look of your skin slightly but it won’t ‘tone’ them up.
‘toned’ arms come from building muscle and losing body fat to reveal the muscle underneath.
If you’re looking for an exercise, something like boxing circuits which works your arms a lot will
help. Or a strength and conditioning class which focusses on arms.

Great. Improving muscle tone will help to improve the look of the arms. Using weights is supposed to benefit us.

What about the actual skin surface?
I am ok at the moment but I can see some changes.

It’s tricky I do weights (heavy) 2-3 times a week and still not that happy with my arms..they used to be good so
it’s frustrating. And I like wearing vests.
Might need to throw in ANOTHER weights session.

Have bought a loofer, I moisturise. They do look better with fake tan..
