What would you suggest a 17 year old girl wear to an interview/assessment day for a support role in a hospital? She is a size 6, about 5’4”. No idea what she might be asked to do, so smart and practical.

I would suggest wearing something akin to what she would wear in the role?
So comfy shoes, smart trousers, polo top maybe?
But smart not scruffy.
Hair tied back.
Limited makeup, no false nails.

I was thinking wide leg trousers too, thanks @EscapadeVelocity Not sure she would go for the shirt, but I like it.

What sort of comfy shoes @TeenToTwenties do you think, she only has trainers and uggs currently? Thank you

Yes to wide leg trousers. And a top with a collar. Polo shirt or blouse would do.

trainers I’m sure would be appropriate as long as they are the smarter type.

Smarter trainers (not dirty white ones)

Is t bare beneath the elbows a convention in hospitals? Infection control?
